HONEY

Our Native Bush Honey is an eclectic blend of NZ native florals including Beech Honeydew, Mánuka, Kanuka, Kamahi, Five Finger, Hinau & Lotus. As a raw honey, it has more flavour, maintains its natural integrity and will naturally granulate.

Our Manuka Honey is cold pressed and has a raw artisan texture that comes straight from the beehive. We ensure that we don't use excessive heat to process our honey so that all the living nutrients and enzymes active, which are very beneficial to human health.
